HO / Re: 15" radius curves

sour rails,

Page77, Bachmann catalog...

15" radius track, Item No. 44505 (4/card)..

4 pieces of track make up one third (120 dgrees) of a 15 inch radius circle.

Trust that helps.

One suggestion I saw awhile back was to add in a few more feeders, some say every 6 feet.

Perhaps additional comment will be made .

Product blame assessment always comes before the inadequate modeling practices and experience of the layout builder.

Lengthen the grade, open the curves, use a heavier engine, and don't let expectations overwhelm the results.

HO / Re: Ho Amtrack & other "Spectrum" stock for sale

This is not a sales outlet board. Be wary of offerings. Anyone can right down numbers and names and send junk.

Go to a party that purchases used equipment in bulk.

Sorry, I am cautious.  I was burned once with no recourse.

General Discussion / Re: Frog Angles Spread Sheet
November 27, 2007, 12:23:40 AM
Jake:

Would you please explain the value, reason, or need for someone with a simple layout for data pertaining to frog angles.

I use E-Z Ttrack and have to take what is given. I also have in the past inserted other product and bedding to match the E-Z Track.

Appreciate your reply.

Try Yellow Pages and look under "Hardware Stores" and call them for product availability. Try Loews, Target, Home Depot, or using your head to think of imaginative sources and location of the product.

Seems easy to me.

But then, maybe I assume too much!

Red wire to power supply, plug into switch controller (black box), green wire from switch to controller box.

Connection points are obvious.

Hobojim,

One option is two saw horses. Cut legs to suit height required.
