Thanks for your replies.
It is a Bachmann 260 industrial mogul .It has metal wheels .It is numbered 18  /   Yellow Pine Lumber co. It has 2 connections to the tender 2 wire  /  4 wire.  The tender has electrical pick ups to all wheels. Does the loco pick up?  Which colour wires go to the motor?
There are no stickers underneath.It did not come with a box.

Hello
I've just bought one of these at an auction and it appears dead! Installed 9 v battery . Applied 12 v dc to tender and loco wheels  .No sign of life.  Applied 12 v directly to motor and it worked. It has an electronic board in the tender. Tried switch in smoke box.Not sure how these are put together . Help ?

Hello ,new to this site .I would like to obtain a scale drawing of the bachman 81294 Spectrum 2-8-0 Narrow Gauge Consolidation Locomotive .Can Bachmann or anyone help with a source of drawings?
