I don't know about you all, but I think most of the announcements from tootallythomas are not gonna happen. Bachmann has said that anything announced that wasn't from them was nothing more than rumors. But I don't know. Maybe it is real.

Actually, the set description never said "coal" loads. They said ore loads.

I don't have any actual predictions but I do have one request:

Please Bachmann give us an HO scale Explosives Van.

That is all.

I'm not a big fan of making prediction lists but there's one thing I'd really like to see

HO Scale:

Dynamite Van

Best: I'd have to say either Edward, the flat car with paint drums, or the mail car.
Worst: Hands down, Paxton.

Even though I already own one, I would go crazy if Bachmann brought back the tar tankers. Also I feel like Salty would sell a lot better if he was reintroduced, because I've seen quite a few people say they want a Salty but can't find one.

Quick question. Does anyone know when James for HO scale will be restocked?

Honestly, it doesn't matter to me who gets made first. I just hope we don't get Sidney.

While I do think Stepney would be the best option as the next character with a new mold, I do think that Ryan should be considered for production after Stepney. First of all, Ryan is a newer character which means he would be more recognizable to younger fans. Speaking of recognizability, if Ryan was produced, his purple livery would certainly stand out among other characters, as there are currently no purple engines in the range. Finally, with Daisy getting announced, Ryan would be a great choice to follow up on, because as we all know, they share a branch line.

While I do think Stepney is the absolute go-to next new character, I thought it would be good to mention why Ryan would be good to come after Stepney.

Do you by any chance know when James will be back in stock?

Has anyone ever thought of Bachmann making Murdoch? It's pretty realistic because they've made his real life loco in branch line, it's just a thought.

I'm not gonna lie. I'd absolutely love a Bachmann Murdoch. But  he hasn't appeared in the show for over 10 years. However, the Hornby Murdoch is worth a lot of money and for some reason, people are paying ludicrous amounts for it. I'd say it's very unlikely.

This chat went dead again so I wanted to ask another question. Since a brand new Flat Car with logs is getting released, does this mean the Paint Drum variant won't be as valuable as the new one? Like if I put one on eBay, would it get more than say $200, with bachmann collectors' knowledge of a new cheaper version?
