Thomas & Friends / Re: What was your first Thomas model?

Well mine was James, well my first James anyway, so far i've had 3 Bachmann James models since the first 2 stopped working.  The first one was dismantled, the second one Corrie fixed and turned into the RWS James and the 3rd one I still have at the moment.

wait...  SOUND!?!?!? :o  But...  I've seen the DCC version at my local hobby store and I witnessed it run and it didn't have any sound decoders built-in... weird... :(

I think they do make them without DCC. In reality, its not much cheaper, and if you plan on using DCC in the future, why not get the loco with DCC now?

As far as i've checked, i haven't seen a single one w/o DCC anywhere... :(  But why isn't it that much cheaper? ???

Mr. Bach-Man, it's me, do you think it's possible for you to make Non-DCC versions of the HO GS4 #4449's? ???  It's hard to afford them with DCC so could you try selling versions of them without DCC? ??? ???

AND the person who fought with HenryBlue was FrogPullingTeam (unfortunatly...)...

Hey guys, sorry for not posting for a while, I forgot to tell you all that my dad had passed the kidney stones a while ago, so he's doing okay, anyways i've decided to cancell the project since Archibald's chassis just wouldn't fit in Henry's body! :(  Sorry, but anyway, yesterday, I went down to my local hobby shop (Whistle Stop Hobby), I was going towards the Bachmann Thomas isle when, I saw a Lionel model of the Union Pacific FEF-3 #844 being tested on the test track, it had sound AND smoke built into it! :o  But anyway, to BOT, after a watched it run for a little bit, I then went down to Bachmann Thomas isle for something buy (Henry, Gordon, etc.), and I was shocked to see that they're not selling Gordon or Henry anymore! :o  I was dissapointed with that horrible site, and was starting to find my mom so we could go home, but then, I saw it, I looked behind Emily and Spencer, and was astonished to see...  HENRY!!!!!!! ;D  It was the last Henry available, so with that fact in mind, I bought him! ;D  Also, i've edited Archibald, so now he has a fine black coat of paint.  Also, Archibald has a new name, he will no longer be called Archibald, his new name is Tony (after the famous skateboarder Tony Hawk, lol!)!  And now, i'll end this long post here!

Y'know, humming to yourself stimulates your mind. It vibrates your jaw and kinda 'massages' your brain and cerebral. I find it very relaxing when angered or in a bad mood.

Uhhh, didn't I say BOT? :(  But anyway, thanks for the advice! ;D  Also, just a bit of an update, I won an Ertl Frank off an auction on ebay just rescently! ;D  I've already got Jock, so when Frank arrives, my Ertl Arlesdale Miniature Railway Collection will finally be COMPLETE!!!!! ;D

O.K., sorry for not posting for a few days..... :(  My computer has like 9 or 7 viruses and it had to be sent to be fixed, so i'm using my parents' computer for the time being.....  Anyway, I've tryed putting Henry's body on Archibald's chassis, but it needs modding for it to fit on, and i'm going to need paint and stuff to do it.  But the project will begin at some time later on (hopefully)! ;)

Has anyone wondered what The Big City Engine would look like if he was in the T.V. series?  Well I have!  My Bachmann Henry broke a while ago so i'm salvaging his body and i'm also using Archibald's chassis for the project (since Henry's chassis is what broke)!  I'm not sure if I want to do this or not though, i'm asking all of you, would you like me to do this project?  Also, it's fine with me for any of you to ask me to do this or not to do this, i'm good for it!

Calm down and get back on topic.

That's the thing, i've already tried to get this topic BOT but nobody will get BOT!  It's so frustrating! :(  But you're right about one thing, I DO have to calm down, i've just been a little "cranky" lately! :P

Pfff, mid-sized, your hilarious. That engine is a small switcher. A mid sized loco would be a 2-8-0, 4-6-2, or 2-8-2, or even a 2-10-0

Uhhhhhhhh, GG............. :( :(  I wasn't trying to be hilarious you "dummy"! >:( >:(  I was actually being pretty serious (dummy)! >:( >:(  (Dummy qoute from TUGS by Zorran from the Munitions episode! ;) ;))

Yeah, it should actually be pretty easy to make Salty, just some modifications to Thomas' chassis, new body, eye gears, face, and thats it!  It shouldn't take until November 2009 just to make Salty! :( :(

He's not really big, he's actually a mid-sized engine like James, Edward, and Emily.  BTW, sorry again about before, i was in a bad mood because nobody was giving any comments about my train collection at all anymore....... :'( :'( :'(
