Hello! I purchased a Wonderland train set last year from Frontgate. Model 1225. It worked beautifully last year when we boxed it up. It has a "Light" and "Sound" hook up on the rear of the engine. The leads from the coal car are clearly marked. The light works fine. The choo-choo sound will not play when the engine is in motion like it did last year.

The leads are correctly connected and we have installed a new 9V energizer battery. The volume control knob on the underside of the coal car is on and at 3/4 volume. We can still not get the sound to come on.

Anything we are missing here? We tried the switch on the rear of the engine in both positions and still no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated...
