K27 counterweights DESPATCH

 BACHMANN UK  have  just  advised me  that  they  have  posted (Mailed!)
my  replacement  set  of  counterweights  today

You are getting better service over there then than I am over here.  I sent in my FAX of my proof of purchase and have not been notified of anything.

If I don't hear back from Bachmann in another week I'll try asking Bachmann of UK for the counterweights

Bachmann's  service  dept, over  here  is quite  good:

I simply  emailed them with  my  details, not even telling  them  where  I had  bought  the  loco,  they  replied  withg  10 minutes  acknowledging  receipt, gave  me  a reference number  and  said  they  would  be  mailed  to  me  "early  March".

They  also  advised  me on todays  eMail  that  there  were only  6  C/Weights in  the  pack  as  the  main drive  axle did not  need attention to its C/weights,  which  I confirm, on  my loco  all c/weights  are loose  except  the drive ( gearbox )   axle

My  Counterweight  pack  arrived  today in  the  post (mail)  courtesy of  Bachmann UK,  All  I have  to  do  now  is  fit  them
