44 tonner decoder

I recently had a 44 tonner (n scale ) repaired due to my carelessness in custom fitting a superstructor on it. Customer service advised me with a note that "Cannot use digitrax on Bachann Locos."
Nowhere in Bachmann literature is any such thing indicated. In fact, your literature indicates Bachmann decoders are compliant with NMRA DCC specifications. Therefore they should run with Digitrax control systems. In fact they do.

Either the ads are wrong and you are not compliant or Customer service is VERY ill informed about this matter. Please look into this and advise me as to the resolution.

Customer service has never returned any voice mail messages and apparently does not answer calls. This includes Laura Harris, manager.

As far as I know you certainly can use Digitraxx. There are certain programming track issues as discussed here on site, but those are all I know of.
