0-4-2 Porter revival?

The Walthers site is showing the undecorated 0-4-2 Porter as arriving on the 14 September 2009.  As the 2009 Bachmann catalogue shows no On30 Porters at all (0-4-0 or 0-4-2) what is the story? Did Walthers find a cache of these locos somewhere? or has Bachmann decided to do another run after all?

I am aware that there quite a few shops with stocks of old Porters, but the Walthers site suggests that these locos are not currently in stock but arriving shortly.

  Hey Guys,
What is the dates & times, & also location of this iHobby show?
I also live within an hour and could make the drive, even though I hate
driving amongst the idiots in that city. I could take the Amtrak, or Metra & a bus.

         Thanks,
               Barry
Barry,

...all the Live long day... If she'd let me.

I just checked today, and Walthers has apparently changed their website listings on the On30 Porters. Now, ALL of the 0-4-2's are listed as not in stock, with the delivery status "unknown". The two unlettered 0-4-0's (with vertical and horizontal side panels) are listed as not in stock, delivery status "discontinued". The decorated 0-4-0's are not listed at all.

Regards,
Bill

Hi Barry,
Accoding to their website, <http://www.ihobbyexpo.com/> , the show is Oct. 22-25, with the first two days being open to manufacturers and dealers only, the last two days are open to the general public.

Have Fun!
