What do I have to do to send my noisy, 1 month old 2-8-0 loco back for replacement? I filled out the onlice service form and sent it in. Do I wait for instructions from Bachmann before sending it back?

Call the commercial (non toll free number) and ask for Bridget.  She will advise you what you need to do.  This is the best way to contact them.  1-215-533-1600.   Should be ext. 304
