Setting up an auto reversing trolley track

I recently purchased an On30 xmas trolley, and currently own 4 pieces of straight auto reversing track hoping to set up an auto reversing layout. I am now gleaning that in order for a setup to work, one end of the track has the special barn or station which contains the circuitry to do the auto reversing work. 
Is this station or barn available separately ?. I see it is available as part of a train set on Bachmanns web site.

Also what goes on at the other end of the track  from the station building end to make the trolley reverse ?

Dear Ian,
The trolley barn is where the circuit is housed. The other end of the line has a special section, marked underneath.
