What sounds?

Hi All.  Do the Bachmann starter sets for under $300 come with smoke, choo choo and whistle sounds?  Can you blow the whistle at random?

They come with smoke and chuff, in the Big Hauler versions.  There have been inexpensive sets with smaller locos which did not have these two features.  A whistle is not available in the large scale product line.  Whistles and other sounds are available from other companies like Phoenix.
