Removing Decals From On30 Rolling Stock

Hello,

this ELO stuff sounds amazing.  Problem is : in Europe there is simply NOBODY who sells it.  Tried to order it in the US, but it seems it cannot be put on a plane 'cause of danger of explosion.

Could anybody out there help ?
