Need smokestack assy for North Star Express Big Hauler

I've never left a message before.  I bought a used Big Hauler North Star Express Large Scale Anniversary Edition w/ 4-6-0 Steam Locomotive.  Everything runs great.  The locomotive is missing the green smokestack assembly.  All I have is the screened burgundy top and the large green ring it attaches to.  I need 2 more parts.  I need the large funnel shaped smokestack  and a round short, slightly coned ring that fits under the screen.  I don't know what that part is called.  How can I get these parts?
