here are my nominations:

conrail 9920 was an extremely rare (5 total) high hood rs3. it was the only one to be re-engined. note the emd switcher stacks.

penn central/ conrail 9950 was the first of the remotored rs3s, a prototype for the rebuilds that included the 9920 above. it lost its short hood in the rebuilding

one of the pennsy gg1's was cut in half for use as a shop switcher. i have no photo of this one.
