How do I get the rear truck to stay seated; is there a special washer that comes with it?

wellllll..since the HO scale SD24 by Tyco, made in 1974, is the ONLY model of an EMD SD that has EVER been produced in ANY scale..it should be very easy to answer your question.

good thing you made it so easy for us to figure out which model you are talking about!  ;D
