N Scale UP 2-8-0 with DCC arrival???

According to my reservation at Brooklyn Loco, it was supposed to arrive in June 2010.  When is it going to actually get here?  Hope it is not another 4-6-0.  Thanks.  BTW, any chance a 4-6-0 will ever be made?
