Servicing an older Spectrum K4

How do I remove the body on  an older K4? It is running very slowly, and I would like to clean and lubricate the mechanism.

Don't disassemble the whole loco just unscrew the screws on the bottom that don't hold on the lead and trailing wheels in place.
