This is my first time to do this, so i hope that i have some luck.
I have a Williams Western Maryland diesel #20. I can not find out the year that it came out, or if it was in a set. If someone has some help on how i can find some info it would be great!

Dear Basil,

What model is it?

Can you post a photo?

Joe
If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.

Dear Basil,

I believe this is it:

It is currently in our line and has been in the line for about 6 years.  I would have to look back through older catalogs to find the first occurrence.

Best Regards,

MAPA JCT

Do you have the BOX it came in? What color is it?  All silver with blue lettering or red with yellow lettering?

Dear All,

Winter 03-04 Williams Contemporary Line catalog shows:

GP9-221 WM black roof, white sides, red bottom, red cab and cab roof, road number 38, black number over white stencil under cab window.

Winter 04-05 Williams Contemporary Line catalog shows:

GP9-250, WM Fireball, as shown above, except road number 21.

Hope this helps.

Seems I lucked out here.  These are the only 2 contemporary line catalogs I have.

Sincerely,

Joe Satnik
