Does Bachman have any plans to come out with a #6 switch in N scale anytime soon?  If not what would be a good alternative?

Dear Team,
Although nothing has been announced, the fact that we have just release a #6 wye and #6 crossovers makes me optimistic.
Have fun!

What is the difference between a #5 and a #6? ???

Conradin, the smaller the # of turnout, it gets shorter in length & the curve gets sharper. Compare a Atlas #4 with Atlas #6.

Some modelers use them to create crossovers. Atlas #4's make a sharp S curve. This may be OK for short freight cars, but becomes a problem for longer freight & passenger cars. It is better to use #6 or larger. For high speed operation, a #11 or larger is needed.

I'd like to see Bachmann do some regular #6 turnouts. You know they could sell a ton more in the $15 price range.
