Well, my mom wants to clean out the attic and i got A LOT of Thomas videos, and VHS for me is a no go unless its a good train video. Plus, im trying to save $275 to buy a Bachmann Shay. i plan on selling them on E-Bay but i don't know how to list it or if that's the best idea

HELP WOULD BE GREAT! (I know that i probably won't reach my budget on that alone, but I'm trying to also sell some other videos and such that i don't use.)

P.S. Conditions vary, some have the case ,but most don't labels are on. i can get a full list if that helps anything.

IM NOT TRYING TO SELL THEM HERE! IM JUST TRYING TO GET HELP ON HOW TO SELL THEM!

Santa Fe buff

Either that or a garage/yard sale.

Expect to get, at most, $5 a VHS. Not many people have VHS players anymore which really cuts down your market. If you have 55 VHS tapes and they each sell for $5, you'll reach your goal. But if you have less than that or you have exactly 55 and they sell for less than $5 each, you won't reach your goal. However, if you have more than 55 VHS tapes and they sell for less than $5, you still may make it.

yea, i probably have more than 55 plus over VHS and DVD ones. Plus i got 4 bar stools im gonna try and sell for $12.50. At this point i plan on selling them for about $5 and put "will accept offers." Got over 100 VHS and DVD videos, probably half being Thomas.

I checked Ebay and its ruff, people got brand new videos up and no one is buying... so i'll give the yard sale a try and what ever is left i'll give Ebay a shot.

THANKS!!!

Good luck. If you have any other old toys and stuff like that, that could help your sales. Try and enter a community yard sale, if your community has one. That way you will have more shoppers come out. Try and bargain with people. Have an asking price and a sale price. Try a $5 asking price and a $3 I will take this if you can't pay more. If someone offers to buy them all for $100, take the deal.

yea, i mentioned it to 3 of my friends and they want to team up. We are debating on whether to split the total profits or take what you got from your items being sold. i plan on selling a few random items and throw in a bag of legos... crap load of VHS and such forth... not gonna sell my wooden trains yet, i still like those  :P

i would keep your own money from your own items. would suck if you decided to split the profits and you sold $100 worth and each of your friends only made $10 each.
