Here are some You Tube videos, the first video was posted on largescalecentral, of the Bachmann Indie prototype in operation.

I read on largescalecentral that the Indie now has a metal frame and metal gears. The Bachmann website should state what improvements have been made to the new releases.

Norm you could always take the current Indie and modify it with the stack etc....
I just got the new Indie and I am very happy with it.  Big improvment.
