HO Shay

What would be involved in converting the Bachmann 3 truck Shay to a 2 truck version?  I'm modelling the Capilano Timber Co. which operated above and into North Vancouver using 2 truck Shays and Heislers.  I use standard DC so don't need space for DDC decoders, etc.

It's a decent amount of work. I might suggest looking into brass. You can get a fine running and looking model right now for a decent price.
