Dimensions of Tidmouth Sheds

I'm considering adding this building to my HO layout, and I want to know the size of its "footprint".  It seems rather large, and I'm concerned whether it will fit in the space available.

According to the catalog, it is approximately 10.5" wide x 26" long x 6.25" high when assembled.

Dear All,
The turntable is 14" across. The stalls are 12" long.  From rear corner to rear corner the roundhouse measures 30".

The sheds look really nice, and the details are great too, i might consider getting one sometime, shouldn't be too hard to find.
