how to remove coupling from a bachmann class 20 diesel loco

Hi
This is probably really basic, but I am very new to the hobby. I have bought a Bachmann class 20 (32-025) and a hook is missing from one of the couplings. I wanted to change the coupling but I cant see how to remove the old one .......help please
