We need more information. What are the brand, model line (
not
RR name) and length of your passenger cars? Do they have four-
or six-wheel trucks?

Usher,
Use a minimum of 24 inch radius if possible. The manufacturer may state that the cars will negotiate 22 in radius, but I am working with a retirement group and their Walthers 85 ft cars need 24r. When running on anything less it is impossible to get around 22 r successfully everytime.

Twenty-eight inches should be fine. Thirty inches and up will help
long passenger cars both operate and look outstanding.

A good Rule of Thumb when it comes to passenger cars, particularly long ones,
is that the largest radius that will fit is the radius to use.
