what do u need to do in order to change from the original system to the infrared system,i.e locos,decoders etc.

If you buy the dynamis system everything will come with it. Just unhook your EZ Command and replace with the dynamis.

The one thing you need to do is read the manual.  The Dynamis requires quite a bit more learning than the E-Z Command.
