???I would like to know the "quality" differences between the Bachmann Anniversary (a.k.a. Annie) and the comparable Spectrum 10 wheeler?

Chuck N

At the risk of being told that I am the south end of a north bound horse, I'll say that there is no Spectrum 10-wheeler.  The Annie is just a version of the 10-wheeler.

There are Spectrum ten-wheelers in HO and On30 but if they've got one in Large Scale it's slipped under the radar bigtime.

Quite right guys, there is no Spectrum 10 Wheeler.  I'm thinking the interesting question may be how does the Annie quality compare to the Spectrum 2-6-0 or 4-4-0 quality.

I'd say pretty close based on detail.

There are a few more metal parts on the Spectrum 2-6-0 then the Annie, the Spectrum 2-6-0 also has a "Working Brake lever and linkage, they don't really apply the brakes though.
