Thanks! :)

Really glad he turned out how i was hoping he would, the claw isn't fully functional, but, i will try and come up with a solution to make his arm adjustable a bit later, but for now, it shall remain static.

Thanks again too everyone who has enjoyed what I've created and posted so far, i know that the other places I've posted these photos, someone who shall remain nameless is bound to say that the paint is 'albeit rather badly with the likes of paper nameplates and sloppy paintwork'.

But, do i care?  No, i'm happy with it!  ;)

You've done amazing work on Diesel 10! well done.

Comment and question: First, the model looks great. I wouldn't be too concerned about making the claw move - but that's just me.
Second - The third photo I think I can see the joint seam - but in all the other photos it appears to smooth. Could it be that the third photo was taken before you were finished? Anyway - looks good now!

The photos were taken before the model was finished fully, but if the joint seem is still there, i will fix that before i make the test video of him. :)

Bluebell and Primrose are still on the cards to be modeled, just waiting to get the chassis back so i can motorize them, but until i get the chassis, the kits will be put to one side. I am hoping to find some more Bachmann 08's at the Alexander Palace show this month to possibly look at starting Splatter and Dodge.

Lady, is being considered, but again, need to get a suitable chassis to do her, so i guess Splatter and Dodge will be my next planned characters to model. :)

Can't see it in some of the photos - maybe it's the lighting. Still looks good to me.

No worries mate, and thanks. :)

I'm just glad the faces fit him as well as they do, i had to cut them down shorter as they over-hung the front of the model first of all, but now that they have been scaled down, they look the part!

And here I was legitimately convinced that the Trackmaster Magic Railroad face couldn't be made to fit without losing half an eye on each end! A very nice model (and made in good time, too!).

Looking forward to the test video,

Nice model there, shining time. :)

Some trackmaster faces do fit on most OO/HO models without needing to be modified at all, but, the Diesel 10 ones, as i said before, needed to be worked on and shortened due to being too long in length to fit on the front of the warship body, a hacksaw was very handy to do this, and carefully making sure that both edges remained equal each side to ensure a good fit.

The paintwork for Diesel 10 is a Humbrol Acrylic No. 93.

I really do want to get started in the world of modelling soon, particularly Thomas & Friends. All I currently have are a few American diesels. I do plan to do a Lady project, by using Bill and Ben's chassis with modified cylinders.
