DCC Ready Medium Tender P/N 89751

Is the circuit board that comes in this tender a DCC board?  If so is there a diagram for the six pin connector?

Answered some on Nscale.net but here is more.

The 6 pin connector is to connect the loco to the tender. the connections are actually marked on the bottom of the circut board but if I remember correctly it goes.

Left pickup -
Motor -
Light -
Light +
Motor +
Right Pickup -

Should either the right or left pick-up be positive in the diagram?

DCC has no positive or negative for all intensive purposes.
