Spectrum Acela HO POWER LOC PANTOGRAPH - Repair and Parts

I bought an Acela Spectrum set ..... the powered loco arrived damaged with broek pantograph. Where do I get spare parts or even better a parts list and a maintenance / repair manual. Is there a model train/rail website that actually has useful and detailed information? The USA Bachmann site has nada on this.

I require this info to get the loco fixed but also make an insurance claim through the US Postal Service.

Your Help would be appreciated.
