Thomas the Tank G Scale

Help please anybody.  Have just purchased a Thomas with Annie & Clarabel Deluxe trainset, put it on the track and its not working.  Any suggestions please

Hi,

Double check all your connections, make sure the track clip is connected to the track correctly, place Thomas on the track with the track clip to see if he starts to move, if he moves then stops re-check all the track connections.
