As you may know Peirce Brosman is going to be the new narrator for Thomas and Friends. I would like your opinion, who was your favorite narrator?

(My favorite was Ringo Starr. Alec Baldwin was good too.)

I put mine in a list:
1. George Carlin (In my opinion, I think he gave Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends a very unique tone)
2. Ringo Starr (Still great, but not as good as George in my opinion)
3. Alec Baldwin (OK narrator, not the best but not the worst)
4. Michael Angelis (Longest narrator for TTTE&F in the UK)
5. Michael Brandon

Ringo was great because he had a nice relaxed voice. George Carlin was great because he gave a real character to the engine. Whenever I read one of the books I imagine the the engines talking in his voices.
No ofence yo Micheal Brandon but I just cant get used to his voice. It might just be the way the story is written in that childish way. It isnt really his fault. I realy miss the way the old stories were written. They realy treated kids like they were smart and didn't have to emphisise everything wih "as fast," or,"as hard as ever he could."I had a wide vocabulary when I was very young because of the words in the books and the shows.
