Spectrum 2-8-0 problem

my 2-8-0 with dcc picks up power but the motor is not working how can i fix this?

models the C&O in 1945-55 happily in Canada

Have you tried a decoder re-set?

i haven't tried that yet but i will next Saturday, thanks for the help!
