The 2013 Bachmann and Williams catalog is out and you can download the PDF under the "order a catalog" tab.

Thanks for the info Wade.   Did you notice on page two the following:

2013 also marks 25 years of our Large Scale Big Haulers®. Since arriving in a big way in
1987, our Big Haulers® line has continued to grow in popularity.

Seems we know more about the history than Bachmann does, 1987 would actually make it the 26th Anniversary!  Roll Eyes

I do suspect that product development of the Big hauler line may have begun in 1987.  Things like this do add to the confusion though.

Joe,

What it shows is there is no consistency in Bachmann's preparation of printed matter and that no one proof reads it, or if they do they do not know the facts.  They add to the confusion about the anniversary by using different dates in the catalog, different dates in the online history, when it is clear that the Big Hauler LIne was introduced in late 1988.  We have photo and documented evidence that eliminates the doubt surrounding the issue. It is the 25th Anniversary of the Big haulers after all, on that part the catalog is correct.
