I just purchased a new Digital Commander set and the first thing my son and I did was break the coupler pocket off the rear of the FT-A loco. What part should I order to fix this?

Thanks!!!

Although the parts catalog isn't helpful on this item (I got about 1200 hits when I searched for :coupler pocket),
your exploded diagram of the locomotive and the view of same on this board give you the information you need.
This shouldn't be a difficult repair, but Good Luck anyway.

Thank you!!

We are on vacation during my sons birthday and had pulled the FT-A out of the set to give him as a present while away from home. He will get the rest of the set when we return tomorrow. Thus I don't have the directions with me and wanted to order the part so it would be in upon our return. Would not be as worried if it were the front one.

Thanks again!!

If the part does not make it you can swap the front coupler to the rear. They are the same.
