Are the faces of the wooden 'Arry and Bert big enough to fit on the Hornby models?

No the wooden models are too small.  I'd suggest making custom faces or using the trackmaster faces.

Or better yet, buy the Bachmann models. :)
Modeler of HO/OO, OO9 and N scale.  Hoping for N scale Henry, Edward and Duck.

Sometime by the end of this year.  Not totally positive on that one though.  We'll know for sure when NMRA posts their flyer.
Modeler of HO/OO, OO9 and N scale.  Hoping for N scale Henry, Edward and Duck.
