Please Help identify this train set

Well I have tried 4 times to do this and attached a low rez picture but I keep getting a messages that the upload folder is full. I will try just the text this time and maybe some kind soul will give me an email address where I can send them the pic so they can help me identify it.
Here is my text from the original message.

Hello. I would be very grateful if the more experienced train people  could help me identify this kit. I would love to have the official NAME of the kit, WHEN it was first released and also the original or estimate price it sold for. Also if anyone has any idea what it would go for today. It's in really nice condition. Many thanks for any assistance.

Get a Photo Bucket account and upload the photos there. Then copy the IMG link into a forum message. Most here use Photo Bucket. SOP.

Photobucket is excellent. I use it. It's free and easy to use, much easier than trying to upload pictures to a forum. As Rich said, just copy the IMG link and paste it into a post. Very easy.
