Bachmann has almost everything for the Shay in the parts department. You can find what you're looking for here:

Try doing a Google search or a search on this website. That way you'll find what you're looking for right away and you won't have to wait for someone else to do your work for you. Good luck with the Shay. (You wouldn't by any chance be planning to build one using the Bachmann trucks, would you? Just wondering as it has crossed my mind, too.)

Bachmann hasn't had trucks available for the HO Shay in a long long time. Your best bet for repair is either order their Driveline with Gears Assembly (H81912) or call NWSL for their steel gear set.

Either way, the repair is delicate and involves dismantling the trucks.
