Hi all,
My soldering skills are just terrible. While surfing the Internet I came across a product called "conductive glue".  I was wondering if any of my fellow railroaders have used conductive glue and the results they experienced. Is there anything I should look for or stay away from?     Thanks, Steve

I would not put much faith in that stuff.  Keep practicing your soldering.  Start with good, clean equipment and thin metals that will heat quickly.  Take your time.  It is not that difficult if you give the iron time to warm up completely.

Avoid using soldering guns.  They are too big to have much application in this hobby.

Guns are needed for doing track jumpers.  ;D

Just read in another forum were someone tried that and had to get rid of it and solder. Good soldering takes some practice.
