I would like to know where to go to get information on The Original Bachmann Big Hauler Golden Classic train set Chicago/Milwaukee/St. Paul & Pacific Limited Edition.  I would like to know what year this train set was produced? What was included in the set?  MM

Dear Mary,

Set #90094   MILW   Milwaukee Road   yr. 1994

Version 2 or 3 chassis.

If I remember correctly, white box is corrugated tray bottom with slightly larger corrugated tray top that fits over the bottom, no window or pictures.

Large "Golden Classics" symbol and road name printed on top tray.

Large styrofoam insert with room for the track on the back side.

12 curve track, and somewhere between 4 and 8 straights with plastic clips to hold track sections together.  Vial of smoke fluid.

Type 6609 single piece power pack with G track 'lock on' and track power cable.

Comic book style instruction booklet featuring a well known (around these parts, anyway) super-hero.

It's possible engineer and fireman with shovel figures were included.

You can also click on the Bachmann Board 'search' button above and enter the words "golden milwaukee" for more info.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Joe Satnik

If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.
