Hi everyone, I am new to this so please take it easy on me. I just got a new bachmann thunder chief train set with grey ez track and the e-z command DCC control system. My question is how do I power turnouts? What power supply do I need to by? It comes with a red wire to attached to something. But what to?

Thanks

Tim

Dear Tim,
You'll need an analog power pack with AC terminals, which you can daisy chain to your EZ Command.  Run two wires from the AC terminals to the side of one switch control. The other controllers gang together off this one.
Then run the three wires from each switch to an individual controller.
It's that simple!
Have fun!
