Greetings,

Two weeks ago I left a telephone request on you answering machine requesting information regarding various terminal and turnout wire items and turnout control boxes.

You requested that I leave phone number so you could call me back…which you have not done as of this writing.

Common curiosity would dictate that you return a call that you requested one to be left.

What is going on with your service?  Does it exist?  Or is it that you just don’t care about you customers?

I'm sure you'll be called soon. We do get hundreds of calls, and we've just finished inventory.

Swampy-

As the B'mann said, they have been busy with inventory. More significantly, Bachmann just had its best sales period of the year and now everybody who started with trains at Christmas have had a chance to screw them up so the service department's phones are ringing off of the wall. All things considered, Bachmann's service does at least as well as any model train manufacturer, and much better than most.

I would add, that while very good, B'mann does not have the market cornered on great customer service.  I have had great customer service from other model train manufactures as well.  It's important to stay competitive in this industry.
