I have just purchased the E-Z Command system for my X-Mas display, and I have got a couple of DCC/Sound engines, but can I up grade my Baldwin 2-8-0 to DCC/Sound? I see that the you can purchase this engine with DCC/Sound, but can I send in my engine and have it up graded? Or is there another option? How much would it cost?

Thanks

There is an NMRA plug in the tender which will accept a decoder.  It is easy to drill a hole in the rear of the coal bunker and hide a speaker under the removable coal load.  The cost will depend on what sound decoder you purchase and whether you do the installation yourself or pay somebody else to do it.

Yeah I was not sure so I took it apart. I looked "Tsunami" $100 ouch, but it needs to be done.

There are plenty of places that charge much less than $100 for a Tsunami.
