Hi why doesn't Bachmann list any Climax spares?? I have a Climax that's been out of action through a broken part for 2years and it just can't be purchased!! Also, the Ballon stack for the 4-4-0 American has been out of stock for ages when can we expect a parts service from the Company that's worthy of the name. It's even more frustrating this side of the pond as 90% of bachmann dealers don't even do G scale and so we have to e-mail or wait long periods for shipping (Not to mention the extra import duty imposed on the tinest part!)

What part exactly do you need. 

Also which Climax, First generation or lastest version

The reason I ask is often they have the part but it is in a much larger assembly.

thanks for the reply but someone at Bachmann must have finally found the part for it arrived at my repairers house saturday!! now all I need is the balloon stack for the 4-4-0 hopefully they'll have it back in stock soon n

 sorry about the error with the name,
 yes it's the first issue Climax a previously good runner, converted to DCC too.
