Speaker size for 4-4-0 Locomotives

Wondering what size of speaker you would use for the Bachmann On30 Outside frame locomotive and also what size of speaker you would use for the Bachmann On30 Inside frame locative as well. I believe the correct Sountrax sound decoder is TSU-1000 Light Steam version( Decoder part #826101). Thanks

Right out of the SoundTraxx decoder selector. 28mm or 1.10236". Standard for many HO and On30 though not all.
Store the SoundTraxx website in Favourites.

Can you check that the o/f 4-4-0 already has a speaker in it? I received a nice surprise when I opened up the tender on mine, and lo and behold ...

Also the i/f 4-4-0 can fit a 1.22" HiBass is you want to use the TSU750 - it is a tight fit, but does go in there. I know the stories about heat failure on the 750s, but mine hasn't missed a beat in the 2 or 3 years it has been installed.
