Will Atlas Conducta Lube work the same way as Bachmann Contuductive Lube?

I have no idea,  The names imply that they will.  Check the container and see what each says.

Dear Freak,
As long as it's plastic compatible, it should be fine.
Have fun!

Steam Freak

Yes, it is plastic compatible. Thank you Mr. Bachmann :)

How often do you have to apply it?

Conrail Quality

With lube, the golden rule is always "Only when there is obviously a problem". Excess lube ALWAYS causes more problelms than it solves. If electical pickup is fine, don't apply the lube.

Ok. Thank you. Someone warned me that if I didn't use the conductive lube, it may wear out the pick up wipers. Thats why I wanted to know how often I should use it.

Conrail Quality

You're friend is right in that you should check the pickup wipers occcaisionally to see if they are wearing out faster than they should. in that case, do use a small amount of lube.
