dimensions of DPM modular building pieces

What are the dimensions of the Design Preservation Models modular building pices? I'd like to know because my local hobby shop is having a sale on them and I'll need to go to my LHS anyway to pick up the decals I special-ordered from them. They look like this except with varying designs.:

If that is item # 301-03 the deminsions are 3 1/16" wide and 2 11/16" high.

All horizonal dimensions are the same, no matter which window is used.  Likewise the one and two story are identical in the vertical, for the various styles.
