DCC to DC

Need some advice, I have built a line that is about 20' long with a single HO track with stops on each end. I have installed a Bazooka Electronics' Auto Rev for DC trains which allows the train to move forward to the end stop and after a designated time reverses to the other end. As the equipment is built for a DC train will a Bachman 2-6-0 Sound Value 409 DCC train work in this configuration ?
