Alco S 4 sound question

I've seen two listed for sale at a vendor.  One is ATSF no 1528 with "dcc sound on board", the other is ATSF 1529 with "dcc sound value equipped."

Does 1528 have a more feature equipped sound system?  Or are both these units the same?

S-4 sound versions are all "Sound Value".
