DCC in an older 2-6-0

Dear Mr. Bachman, I own an older 2-6-0 with the Ohio River and Western lettering, from a set you used to make. I was wondering if Bachmann Service would let me send it in to swop out the outer shell and the tender casing for a new 2-6-0 with DCC?
